Bird Dog is Alec — an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot flying every mission himself — and Alli, his partner, who keeps the operation running on the ground. Same two people on every job: the pilot who flew your baseline set is the one who flies week twelve.
The dog on the badge is Pluto, a Texas street rescue who made her way north to the mountains with them. She keeps a watchful eye on everything she loves — which is the whole job description: a steady, trained eye over your site, pointing at what you need to see. (Pluto hates drones. She's the only one here who does.)

Straight answers
Do you need permission to fly my site?
We handle it. Flights run under FAA Part 107, and controlled-airspace authorizations go through LAANC — usually approved the same day.
What happens when weather turns?
We fly a window, not a minute. If wind or precipitation kills the window, we reschedule within 24 hours. Utah gives us plenty of clear days.
Do I need to notify anyone on site?
We coordinate with your superintendent before the first flight. After that, crews barely notice us — we fly the same window every time.
Is this a land survey?
No. Deliverables are aerial documentation, not a land survey. For boundary or engineering-grade work, bring a licensed surveyor — we'll work alongside them.
Who owns the imagery?
You do. Everything stays in your portal for 24 months, and the full archive is yours on request.
How fast can you start?
First flight typically within a week of the scoping call. Faster if the airspace is clear and the site is on the Wasatch Front.
